Tropical Depression Fred resulted in floods and flash flooding in North Carolina. At least five fatalities have been confirmed.
PDA is working with Presbyterian leadership on the ground as they assess the needs. We will provide grant(s) to meet emergency needs and into the long-term recovery phase.
