February 18, 2018 - the first Sunday in Lent: wear blue as a reminder that your gifts to OGHS make a difference for disaster survivors around the world.

If red is the color that screams out “emergency,” then blue is the color that seems to announce, “help has arrived — your cries of distress have been heard.”

...a simple blue tarp is not just a tarp, or shade, or cover… but a bright blue symbol that rebuilding will begin.

The Color Blue and Not Just a Blue Tarp were originally published as part of the 2004 PDA Annual Report.
