Blue Out Sunday 2014

First Presbyterian Church, Newton Iowa did not take any pictures for their 2015 Blue Out Sunday, but Barb Taylor, chair of the events. submitted information of their activities.

• February 8  - announced the Blue Out day and displayed a poster and homemade blue flowers. 
• February 14  - announced the day again and featured blue corn chips and dip at coffee time.
• February 22, (Blue Out Sunday) - decorated the fellowship hall with blue streamers and served blue cupcakes at coffee time. At each of those occasions, we described PDA functions.  

in 2014 with no fanfare, we had one person wear their shirt.  in 2015, we had about ¾ of the congregation wearing blue or their PDA shirts. It pays to advertise!!
